Awards
UTMT 162K
Participants who finished the course within specific time limit will receive special medals / trophy.
- Under 24 hours
- Under 30 hours (in between 24 to 30 hours)
- Under 36 hours (in between 30 to 36 hours)
- Under 42 hours (in between 36 to 42 hours)
TTF 115K
Participants who finished the course within time limit will receive a finisher medals / trophy.
YTF 50K
Participants who finished the course within time limit will receive a finisher medals / trophy.
Solo Race Awards
Top 3 finishers in Men & Women of each category and each course will receive prizes.
Team Awards of Ultra-TrailⓇ Tai Mo Shan 162km
Top 3 of Team of 2 and Team of 4 will receive prizes.
E-Certificate
E-Certificate will be available for download from official website two weeks after race day.
Equipment
Mandatory gear
Each participant will need to carry with them at all times the following items:
- Cup – We will not be providing disposable cups at the checkpoints. Please bring along your own cup in order to enjoy the different kinds of beverages offered.
- A mobile phone
- Two headlamp/torch (with batteries)
- A whistle
- An emergency space blanket or equivalent
- Capacity to carry at least 1.5 litres of water (water bladder or water bottles)
- ”Octopus” card (for public transport / vending machines)
- Race bib
- Some cash
- Waterproof and breathable material rain jacket with hood
- 2 energy bars / food portions
There will be random gear checks during the event and if you are missing any item you will incur a penalty which may range from a time penalty to disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.

- Cap or sun hat
- Spare socks
- A ziploc bag for your personal rubbish
- 2 energy bars / food portions
- Spare clothing
- Warm fleece or warm longsleeve shirt

- More substantial first aid kit (sterile dressings, roll of strapping tape, blister care patches, antiseptic wipes, painkillers, and any relevant personal medications)
Drop Bag
UTMT RACERS
UTMF racers can prepare two drop bags that can be picked up at the Tai Lam Aid Station & Finish Point.. The drop bags will be given to you when you pick up your race number. Please bring your drop bag to the start of the race and it will be transported to Tai Lam
TTF RACERS
TTF racers can prepare two drop bags that can be picked up at the Tai Tong Aid Station & Finish Point. The drop bags will be given to you when you pick up your race number. Please bring your drop bag to the start of the race and it will be transported to Tai Tong & Fo Tan.
YTF RACERS
YTF racers can prepare one drop bag that can be picked up at the Finish Point / Fo Tan. A drop bags will be given to you when you pick up your race number. Please bring your drop bag to the start of the race and it will be transported to Fo Tan.
